tostitos and other tastey snacks
I like tostitos. they come in a lot of different shapes and flavors and most of them are good. does anyone remember magic middles? They were those cookies that chocolate in the middle. well they were awesome. My mom never wanted to buy them because she said they had too much sugar. but she found some magic middles about a year or so ago and gave them to me. They weren't the same kind though, they were like cookie sandwiches. I also like peanuts. I haven't had a good snack in awhile. |

yeah so
my car got relocated. which is better than what i thought when i first saw it wasn't where i left it (which was that it got towed and it was going to cost me shitloads to get it back). So i called 311, and were they helpful? Well, yes, but not before I got transferred 9+ times, spent 20+ minutes on hold, and had to call back 4+ plus times. They told me it was moved to a parking lot because there was construction. Well, I actually figured out that was the case because the same thing happened to heather. I want to explain that so it makes sense but i don't think it matters. One of the ladies I was transferred to even suggested that it might have been stolen and i should call the police. So im riding around on caliente looking for this parking lot and I almost gave up. Then I was riding down the street/parking lot and there was my car. All by itself in a massive parking lot. Yes, of all the people on the street that got relocated to that lot I was the last one to notice. but that turns out to be a good thing, because if I went to check on the car like i planned before i went to work, I would have been going nuts the whole time I was there. During my search for the taurus I came across some websites pointing out how much getting your car towed sucks along with a couple worse case scenarios. I was lucky this time. Also, i decided my car and I have a special twin like bond. both times my car got towed, I had a weird feeling that something bad was happening to it. |

my day 2
today wasn't much different from yesterday. I got up and took a shower and went to work. Again i didn't eat breakfast and again it was a mistake. This time i paid for it because i got a headache. I got a couple free things from este lauder and set up another free gift from liz claiborne. I hung out with my friend from work today afterwards. I like her a lot. i think i have some sort of attention problem. there's a lot of evidence to support that but i don't feel like getting into that right now. I wanna get drunk tonight. my day
i got up around 8, took a shower and went to work. I should have eaten something because i was hungry. luckily a girl from cosmetics got a free sandwich and she gave it to me. the remote was working in the break room but no one knew it. Instead of telling anyone I hid it and changed the channel whenever i thought someone was enjoying what the were watching. My sore throat went down a bit. I realized this girl at work i have been talking to since november didn't know my name. well i think she just drew a blank because im pretty sure i remember her calling me by my name before. Either way I called her by a different name for the rest of the day. she didn't care though. how do i know that? because she sucked my dick in the stock room while i was calling her the wrong name. not really. after i got off I came home and took a nap. I woke up and the sox game was on and I watched it. They won. then i talked to a girl i met at work for awhile. she's nice. I played some video games and ate some chili. the chili was good. It tasted like it was supposed to. I should be sleeping but I can't stop eating the crackers i was using to put in the chili. If you read this and find it boring, good, it wasn't very exciting to me either. well changing the channel on people was fun, and i did enjoy talking to the girl from work. but how could anyone else experience the fun in that through this post. the biggest change from 21 - 22 is not being 21 anymore and being 22. worthless Current Music: mvp baseball music stuck in my head |

I recently discovered that many people feel that the neighborhood I live in is not that safe. It actually scares some people off. Now it's not flossmoor or anything around here but its not at all like walking down the street is a death wish. But some people seem to think that they are safe walking around the suburbs. Well, I've got news for those people. you can get jacked there too, it's all chance. "But Cory, the chances of being mugged/raped/eaten alive is greater in your neighborhood." So what? You're chances are also smaller if you choose to live inside a metal cage. Maybe greater, depending on the kind of metal cage you have in mind. weekend update
I'm pretty sure its tuesday but considering I laid around all yesterday recovering from the weekend monday didnt' really count. So in my book its still monday. And that means I still have another day before I go to work. All I have to do is convince the whole planet we need an extra day. saturday night was fun. went to some new places, went to places I had been before. The only problem was not getting up the next day until 630. certain people understand why that was a problem. fun fact: club foot doesn't have an alarm that sounds when you go out the emergency exit, just a bright light. probably a good thing considering how easy it is to accidentally go flying through it. Sunday night was fun. I tried to take a shower before people began to arrive. didn't work out that way. i guess laying around until 9 oclock when you still have to clean up and shower isn't really trying but who cares. the party was good times. |

So we finished the project around 8 in the morning. then we had to add some audio files. That was the biggest bitch but we finally got that done. Then when we finally had to show it to the class it all fucked up and I'm pretty upset about it. Things did not go my way at all today. |

i'm almost done with my first semester at columbia. our setup is all fucked up. i still have to turn in a 10 page paper and a take home final and a final project. i went to indiana tonight to do the project and we haven't done much of anything yet. everything should be taken care of tomorrow though. And since i was in indiana i figured it would call melissa but she didn't answer. now im watching some documentary on a guy that likes to photograph random people naked in public. They need to make drunk proof phones. Like a code you can put on that is impossible to crack while drunk. That way people like myself can avoid leaving mean/embarrassing/retarded pointless messages on people's voice mails. I have to go to work now and that sucks. |

work sucks
So I am beginning to dislike carson's more and more. The people there are always talking some kind of shit about somebody. There are of course a select few cool people. But this one old guy dave is a work freak and it stressing me out. During down time I like to chill out, but this guy for some reason believes there is no down time. so when I'm sitting in the office waiting for something to do he's running around the store looking for shit to do. He's always giving me shit and one of these days im not going to be in the mood to ignore it. In other news, I dropped my game boy in the toilet, so I'm going to have to find somethign else to do on the train. I guess I could go back to reading books. Hey I just got a new cell phone. the number is the same. My retarded old phone didn't save the numbers to the SIM card so I don't have people's numbers in the new one. I think the purpose of the SIM card was squashed by the fact that it didn't save the numbers on it. it did save renae's number to it though. Well if you want me to have your number and save me the trouble of putting the sim card back in the old phone and writind down all the numbers, post a response to this with your cell phone number. I can also save email addresses so if you want to give me that too that's fine. I don't really plan on emailing anyone from my phone though.
